How do I share my videos with family and friends?

Each video that gets put online has its own unique link. You can then email that link to family and friends. The Link can be sent from your own email program, or you can send it straight from your UCanView.com library. Once your friends and family go to the link, your video is watched instantly. No Ads. If that weren't enough, each video's unique link will not be found by any search engine. Even if your video's link gets misused, it can be changed at anytime. We do not bill your account until all the videos on your order are processed and online. We won't even ask for you credit card information until after we receive your videos and have sent you an accurate price quote.

How should I send video tapes to UCanView.com?
|
|
|

At the present time, sending video materials to UCanView.com is the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable and insurable service such as US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.
However, if you live in the area of Needham, MA or Boston, MA, you can place an order or pick-up an order in person.

Are there pop-ups or ads on this site?

No. There are no advertisements or pop-up ads of anykind on UCanView.com. This site is sustained primarily by the rates we charge.

Can you put audio tapes and cds, still pictures, or 8mm film online?

|

We cannot not currently convert film to a digital format, and UCanview.com can only host video materials, but we are looking into offering those services in the near future.

Can I put digital pictures or audio files onto UCanView.com?
|
|
|
|
Unfortunately, UCanView.com is specifically for video. We are, however, working to allow multiple media formats such as digital images and audio to be put online as well.

We accept a wide variety of formats. Specifically, we accept:

How long will my order take to process?
|
|
|
|
UCanView.com currenty works as a rush facility. This means that when an order gets to us, we process it as soon as possible. No order is given priority over another. The size of your order will determine how fast it can be finished; so, a large order with many long tapes will take as long as a few days, while one tape with a short video may be done in less than a day. One way or the other, as soon as any video on an order is finished, it will appear in your library immediately, where it can be viewed and shared.

What content is acceptable for videos processed through UCanView.com?
|
|
|

UCanView.com will not process any copyrighted material such as motion pictures, television shows, or other professionally produced material. We, also, will not process any material which is viewed as objectionable. If we receive such materials, the video will be returned to you at your expense.
