Security Settings
By default, your videos are not available for the public to view, and only you, while logged into your account, can view them. In order to make them viewable, follow the directions in Sharing Videos.
If you have already started sharing your videos' links, you may want to make sure they're secure, and should only be accessible to the people that you want; therefore, we've given you a few tools to make this easy.
Click Here to view a tutorial on Security Settings.
First, in your library, click the button at the top right of the screen reading, Click Here to view Advanced Settings, you'll notice a few more buttons appearing around the page. Next, click once on the video that you want to secure, and then click the button on the bottom of the screen that says, Selected Video Settings. That should bring up a blue and white panel that shows the video's thumbnail, its title, and some buttons. For this tutorial we're just interested in the button that reads, Traffic Information and Settings. Clicking this button will launch another panel that has more information on it.

To clarify, by "traffic", we mean people that are viewing a video. At the top of this panel, you can see how many times the video has been viewed, as well as, how often today and this month. If you've sent any emails through our system with this video in it, then a button called Email History appears. Clicking the button will list all of those emails in a separate browser window.
For even more traffic data, click the Traffic Details button. This opens a new browser window with some handy information. The page lists every time this particular video has been viewed as well as where it was viewed, and for how long. If it's available, the website that directed the viewer to this video is displayed. All this information is handy because you'll be able to tell if too many people are viewing your videos.
If, for some reason, you feel that your link has been given out without you permission, there are a few things you can do to prevent people from continuing to view your video.
You can change a video's link, turn the link off, or add password protection.
Change a Video's Link
First, you can always change a video's link to whatever you want, as long as no other video has already been assigned the link. This can also be useful in case you'd like a link that's easier to remember. So, to change it, go to the middle of the panel where the last part of the link is in a text box and change it to whatever you want. When you're done click Change Link. You'll get a warning asking you if you‘re sure; so, click the Change Link button again, and a new panel with a text box will appear.
This panel lets you create a custom message that anyone who comes across the old link will see. A default message is already in the box, but you might want to let viewers know to contact you for the new link. However, we suggest against posting any specific contact information like your email address or phone number. Again, click Change Link and you'll get a quick prompt telling you that it worked.

If you just wanted to make the link look nicer, or if changing the link was a mistake, you can always click the box that says, Redirect Old Links to Current Link. If this box is checked, then anyone going to the old link will seamlessly be transferred to the new link, if this is not checked, however, they'll be sent to a page with the changed link message. By default, this box is not checked.

Turn a Link On or Off
Another quick and easy way to protect your video's privacy is to simply turn its link off. To do this, click the Turn Off Link button. You'll get a text box panel that's pretty much the same as the change link panel, and the same rules apply here. When ready, click the Turn Off Link button, and you should get a prompt letting you know that the link is off. You might notice that the Turn Off Link button has turned into a Turn Link On button. So, just click it to turn the link back on. Remember, that turning a link on or off only affects other people being able to view a video, but you will always be able to view the video if you are logged into your account.
Please Note. Whenever you select a video in your library and click the Share button, its link is automatically turned on.
Password Protect a Video
The last security tool is password protection. To enable this, click the Password Protect button. You'll get a warning message asking if you are sure; so, click Continue, and a panel with a small text box appears. Simply type a simple and short password and click Password Protect. You'll get another little prompt telling you that it's protected. Notice that the password is now listed in plain text in the panel. If you ever forget this video's password, you'll be able to find it here. You can also turn-off password protection or change the password with the new buttons at the bottom of the panel.

Secure All Videos at Once
You can apply the same security settings to all of your videos at the same time. Go to the main library and click the white space at the edges of the viewing window. This makes sure that no videos are selected. You may notice that the Selected Video Settings button now reads All Video Settings. Click the button, and a panel appears that is very similar to the Traffic Information and Settings panel.
By default, your videos are not sharable; so, a button at the top right should read Make all Videos Sharable. However, if you have already shared a video by clicking the share button, then this button will read Prevent Video Sharing. Clicking the button will either turn on or off every video's link.
The button below that says Password Protect all Videos. This button works just like the button in each individual video's settings panel , except that this password applies to every video.
