Sharing Videos

By default, your videos are not available for the public to view, and only you, while logged into your account, can view them; however, by following these steps, you can let your friends, family, and colleagues see them.
Basically, to share a video, you#39;re just emailing its internet address, and you can email right from your UCanView.com account. Begin by going to your library, or the demo library, and click once on the video that you want to share. Then, click the share button at the bottom of the page.

Please Note. Whenever you select a video in your library and click the “Share” button, its link is automatically turned on. For more information about securing your videos once you start sharing them, click here.
This brings up a blue panel that looks like an email program, and listed at the top is your selected video.
To quickly send an email, go to Recipient#39;s Address and put the person#39;s address where you want to send the link. In the Your Email Address field, make sure that an address is listed that your recipient will recognize; otherwise, they might think that the email is spam. If you#39;re signed into your UCanView.com account, your email address will appear automatically.
Next, enter a short message that further lets the recipient know what this email is about. When you#39;re done, click Send.

After a few seconds, you should see a small prompt letting you know that the email was sent out successfully. This prompt also lets you know that you can simply change the fields to send similar emails to different recipients.
Also, you can send the same email to multiple recipients simply by putting a semi-colon in between addresses in the recipient field. After you have sent your first email, a line appears at the top of the panel that says, Click Here for Email History. Clicking this line opens a page that lists all of your past emails and allows you to review what each email looked like.
Share Multiple Videos
You may notice the red note near the top of the panel that mentions sending multiple videos. To do so, close this panel, hold down the SHIFT or CONTROL key and click on additional videos. When you open the panel again, you#39;ll notice that more videos are listed at the top.

Another helpful feature is the Preview Email button located above the Send button. You can click this button at anytime to open a new browser window that shows what the email you are sending looks like.
If a new browser window does not open, check your browser#39;s pop-up settings to make sure that the new window hasn#39;t been blocked.
Once opened, a box at the top of the page has information about the sender addresses, recipient addresses and a subject line. This information is just for your reference and will not appear in the email itself. Everything below that, however, is how the email will appear.
Also, you should see thumbnails of the videos that you#39;re sending, and below those are listed the titles and links to the same videos. When many people go to read their emails, their programs often hide picture files like the thumbnails; so, by showing the links again at the bottom of the page, they can be sure to get to the right information.

Advanced Settings
If all this automation has you worried, or possibly annoyed, we still have some options for you. Back at the email panel, you should see a button that says, Launch Email Program. Clicking this button will launch your computer#39;s default email program and automatically start a new message. Conveniently, the video titles and links should already be listed in this message.
Yet another option is to simply click the Copy Links to Clipboard button. This will allow you to copy and paste the titles and links directly into whatever program or file that you want.
Now, one last feature. Close the email panel, and click the button at the top right of the screen reading, Click Here to view Advanced Settings, you#39;ll notice a few more buttons appearing around the page. To learn more about these buttons click here.
Next, click the Share button. It#39;s been moved to the bottom left of the page. When the panel opens, you#39;ll notice two new fields, Carbon Copy and Blind Carbon Copy. These work similarly to the Recipients field, in that, they can also have multiple addresses separated by semi-colons.
