In your library, click the button at the top right of the screen reading, Click Here to view Advanced Settings, you'll notice a few more buttons appearing around the page.   Next, click once on the video that you want to change, and then click the button on the bottom of the screen that says, Selected Video Settings.   That should bring up a blue and white panel that shows the video's thumbnail, its title, and some buttons.   This page focuses on renaming, chapters, and changing the thumbnail image.   For more information on the Traffic Information & Settings button, go to Security Settings.
Click Selected Video Settings

Panel appears with different settings buttons.

Rename

First, to rename the video, click the Rename button and a smaller blue panel will appear with a text box.   You can edit the title here, just as long as it does not exceed 250 characters.   Click Save Changes when you're done.
Click Selected Video Settings

Chapter Settings

A Chapter is a point in the video that you might want to find quickly and easily in the future.   Click Here to see how the chapters work while watching a video.

Each chapter has its own title and thumbnail, and you can add as many chapter points as you want.   Also, each chapter has its own link that can be shared just like the main video's link.

To begin, click the Chapter Settings button.  Another panel will pop-up under the main panel.   To create a chapter point, click the Add Chapter Point button.   You'll notice a thumbnail appears under a timeline bar in the middle of the panel.   The chapter's time point is represented by its place on the timeline bar.   The further left on the bar, the earlier its start time.   Also, in a frame below the thumbnail, the chapter's current time is shown next to the videos total length.
Chapter Settings Panel

Chapter point is added to the timeline.

To move the chapter to a better place in the video, click and slowly drag the thumbnail left or right.   As you're moving, you might notice the image in the thumbnail changing as you go.  This shows where the chapter would start from.  The main thumbnail also changes to give you a better view, but this is only temporary and it'll change back once the Chapter panel closes.   Once you see the part of the video that want, be sure to wait a second or two before releasing the thumbnail.   Due to an unavoidable delay with the video previewing, you might see a part of the video that you have already passed, and after you release the thumbnail, it could still change.   Once the image stops changing though, you can release the thumbnail.
Drag the chapeter point along the timeline.

Also, you can quickly skim through the video to find the point that you want by clicking the double arrows on either side of the timeline bar.   The double arrow on the right will rewind through the video and the button on the left will fast-forward through the video.

If you don't quite see the image that you want, you can still fine tune.   On the side of the timeline bar are single arrow buttons, clicking on these will move the chapter point back or forward by one second.   Also, next to the time information is a Play button.   Clicking here will start the video playing in the main thumbnail, and change the Play button to a Pause button.   When you get to the right spot, click the Pause button.   You'll notice that the chapter thumbnail has changed to mirror the main thumbnail.   You can also give the chapter its own title in the Chapter Title text-box.

To add more chapters, click the Add Chapter Point button again, and a new thumbnail appears.   You might notice that the last thumbnail turns blue, the time information changes and the Chapter Title box goes blank.   This happens because only one chapter at a time can have focus, and that focus is represented by a green color around the thumbnail.   To focus on the last chapter point again, just click on it once.   You'll notice the green color comes back.
Add another chapter point and give it a title.

If you've created a few too many chapters by mistake, you can click on the unwanted thumbnail, and click on the Remove Chapter Point button.   Once you've got everything the way you want, click the Save Changes button.   Depending on how many chapters you created, this may take a few seconds because, in addition to saving the information about the chapters, the system is also creating new thumbnails for each chapter.   Once done, the Chapters panel closes, and when you watch the video again, you'll be able to see the changes in the video player.

To email one or more chapter points, click on the chapter that you want to email.   To email more than one at a time, hold CONTROL or SHIFT, and click on the additional chapters that you want.   Next, press Email Chapters.   The same blue panel appears as when you email the links to the main videos, and all the same functionality is here.   If you preview the email, you'll see what the chapters' links look like.   Notice that the links are very similar to the main video's link, there's just some additional info about chapter 1 and chapter 2.

Please note.  These links are subject to the same security settings as the main video's link and can‘t be altered individually.   This means that if a video's link is changed, turned off, or password protected, then these chapter links will also be changed, turned off or need the main video's password to be seen.

Change Thumbnail Image

On the Settings Panel, click the Change Thumbnail Image button.  A panel similar to Chapter Settings appears.   To change the image, click and drag the silver cursor in the timeline bar.   As you move from left to right, you'll see the thumbnail image change.   Let go once you see what you like.
Drag the silver cursor to the correct spot

Also, you can quickly skim through the video to find the point that you want, by clicking the double arrows on either side of the timeline bar.   The double arrow on the right will rewind through the video and the button on the left will fast-forward through the video.

On each side of the timeline bar are some single arrow buttons, clicking on these will move the video back or forward by one second.   Also, next to the time information is a Play button.   Clicking here will start the video playing, and change the Play button to a Pause button.   When you get to the right spot, click the Pause button.

When you're done press Save Changes.  The system might take a few extra seconds to process the new image, but when it's done, the image will change everywhere that you see this thumbnail.   Even old e-mails will show this new image; so, choose carefully.
